- G Karunakar
Coordinator of IndLinux project. Working actively in Indic Localization for Free & Opensource. Currently working with Sarai-CSDS as research associate for FLOSS localization projects.
- Kartik Mistry
Kartik is the Team Leader for Utkarsh project. Utkarsh OS is attempt to make Gujarati Desktop OS for common people. Kartik is working with Magnet-i Solutions, which is supporting the Utkarsh project. see: http://www.utkarsh.org
- Sunil Mohan Adapa
Currently working with TCS, Sunil Mohan has been contributing the Telugu localisation at http://swecha.sarovar.org. Experience with working on online translation tool, TTS with gnopernicus, spellchecker based on mophological analyser.
- Gora Mohanty
Working on Oriya localization, and technical issues related to Oriya support on Linux. Also worked on items like spellchecking dictionaries, glibc locales, etc. for IndLinux. Developed familiarity with Indic rendering issues on Linux. Gora is a PHD in Astrophysics, with interests in language technologies and science education.
- Mahesh T Pai
A lawyer by profession, has been active in Malayalam localization activities. Earlier was part of the Swatantra Malayalam Computing project and now GNU-Malayalam discuss (GMD). He has been actively persuing the problems with Mayalam script in Unicode standard, most of which the Unicode consortium has now resolved. With the availability of concrete standards further localization activity is about to commence.
- Paras Pradhan
Paras Pradhan is one of the lead developers for Nepali Localization project being undertaken at Madan Puraskar Pustakalaya, Lalitpur, Nepal. Working on Nepali OSS localization consisting Gnome , Mozilla, Openoffice, Debian Linux Desktop etc.
- Sayamindu Dasgupta
Sayamindu Dasgupta is one of the founder members and lead developers of the Ankur Bangla Project. He is involved in font development, GNOME and OpenOffice.org l10n. He is also the lead developer for the GRIND (Grand Indic Distribution) project. Sayamindu is also involved with L2C2 technologies as a developer, and has worked on improving Bangla support in Pango and ICU.
- Jaswinder Singh Phulewala
Jaswinder is currently leading Punjabi Localization effort from Moga, Punjab. He has done lot of work on Punjabi glossary, dictionary and font development.
- Vijay Kumar
Vijay Kumaris working with BharateeyaOO group since one year and is responsible for building openoffice for Linux. He is one of the Indic native-lang coordinator for Openoffice. He is currently managing OpenOffice builds for Hindi, Tamil and Punjabi.
