Starting a new language team

Note: First check if there is an existing working on same language, in which case better join it than start another one.. google for "language linux" "language localization" , "language locale", "language gnome" etc.. to get better results of existing work. Also check the l10n sections of different projects to see if they already have a language team or not.

  • Defining the goals & objectives
  • Have a home page/wiki
  • Have a mailing list/forum for online discussions
  • Achieving the basic L10n support, read LanguageHowto
